TERMS AND CONDITIONS All prices shown on this site are in GB Pounds Sterling. In these terms and conditions "BB" means D M Monro trading as Bluebell Seeds. We operate from private premises and you may only communicate with us by e-mail unless we advise you otherwise. Postage and Packaging Bluebell Seeds are packaged and delivered within the UK or Europe for the prices the prices shown in your shopping basket. We define Europe as being the postal zone for which the Royal Mail charges their European Rate. For orders to be shipped outside the European Union, local regulations my prohibit the import of non-native seeds and/or require them to be accompanied by a psytosanitation certificate. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the import regulations of the destination for their order. We will obtain a psytosanitation certificate if required for the charge shown in your shopping basket. Delivery Please allow14 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish. Returns If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). On cancellation you will have your payment refunded. If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched you must return them before a refund is made. Before returning any goods please e-mail us for a returns number at admin@bluebellseeds.com. Guarantees We guarantee that all our Bluebell Seeds are gathered in our private woodland in the county of Wiltshire under license No 021324 granted by the UK Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) under Section 16 (4)(b) abd 16 (5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 by the Secretary of State for the Environment, after consultation with English Nature.
